Hi ,

I have take Vodafone 3G USB stick for internet use with 850 plan in which they offer 3GB data usage free.
After using few days around 4-5 days they barred my internet services. When I asked why they stop my internet facility they said that your free usage is consumed. While on my system on which I have use the above USB stick shows only 1.3 GB usage, so I email them screenshot of the usage.
After that they restart my services, but after 3-4 days they again stop my services, so I go to vodafone store again and ask them the reason they again said that your free usage is finished and your billed limit is crossed. But till that date I've only consumed around 1.5 GB data. I had asked them to show me the data usage shown by your system but they said that we have no access to the use data so we can't tell you about that , for information you have to wait till your monthly bill get generated.
So at last I have 1.5GB free data remaining but I can't access it because they have barred my services.
It's really very irritating

Your vodafone staff are irresponsible so there is no use to use link provided by you I made this complaint several time in Noida sector-18 Vodafone store but didn't get any follow up response or solution.
Please stop harassing customers..

You have given a link in your reply instead using it I have provide my details here because my past experience with your customer care is very bad. I've already registered this complaint in Noida sector-18 Vodafone store but neither get any follow up response nor any solution.
I've visit your vodafone store around 8-9 times in last 15 days. It so irritating...
