Hi sir,

i bought a Postpaid data plan on 6th of August 2011 from vodafone store near preet vihar east delhi,i was opted RS-250/ plan in which i have 4 GB free usage and after that they will charged me 10paise per 10KB usage, i was asked to the vodafone executive when would my bill generate he said it would generated after 30day and the bill was generated of 28th of August 2011 and it was shocked me when i was saw the bill amount its Rs-13,190 when i call to customer care they said me that i have charged on prorated basis and discount is also given in prorated basis,if its term and condition then it should be duty for vodafone executive to give me full information regarding bill method, in my case they don't.

and i don't have that much money to paid my outstanding bill amount. so please suggest me.
