Dear sir,
It is so shameful to mention that how companies of Vodafone stature are involved in unethical billing.When i purchased my data card i was promised of good reasonable speed.in spite,they provided a speed of 5 kbps-15 kbps which i can have by recharging my aircel mobile with Rs 98/- recharge voucher of 30 days validity.They disconnected my connection but still raising my bill for successive months
Please help me out of it!
