I had purchased a Vodafone Mobile Broadband also known as Data Card on December 2010 but since I had purchased it I am always facing "network problem", either by not having no network or surfing becomes impossible if and when network is there also. Every month I am recharging with Rs.98 for getting 2G free surfing after purchasing the device with Rs.1800/-. Even though sometimes the main balance becomes below the desired amount after not using for 1long month also. Every time I call on Customer Care they always arrange a (so called) "call-back within 7 working days" but the said "call-back" either does not come or comes after 15-20 days with response that "we have rectified the problem and now you can work upon" and within 2days of their rectification the same problem continues.
Now my question is that is money which I have invested is equal to water? Or I will get a solution of this matter? I have never seen such kind of inefficient and worthless customer care in my life.
