I am writing this mail to let u guys know the frustration level Airtel customers are reaching to.
I paid my dues for my broadban connection on July 22 & I was asked to register a request for reactivation of my landline & broadband services. I did it the same day on July 22. I was told that I need to submit some documents, which I submitted on July 28, when the airtel person came to collect the documents.
Then again I had to register another request for reactivation. After few days, the request is closed stating the documents collected f rom CSR, hence the request is closed. Then again I raised another request for reactivation of my services, again the request is either not generated or again closed.
On Aug 06, I spoke with another executive and he gave me another request no. 36110952 & informed that it will be worked by Aug 07, 17:30 PM. I called Airtel on Aug 07 at 17:30 PM and got to know that the request is closed.
Still my services are not activated after paying dues on July 22.
This is enough for any customer to get really frustrated with the worst level of services.
If anyone is seeing or reading this mail, do something to save your reputation by inexperienced executives, person who gives false, misguided information to your customers.
