This is about the BSNL service that I experienced from the past 6 months. I relocated from Adugodi to Banasvadi in November 2010. Due to the feasibility issues, I didn't get broadband connection in Banasvadi since November and I have been provided with a BSNL WLL landline service (mobile landline service) here in Banasvadi.
As there is no feasibility to have BSNL broadband connection in Banasvadi, I gave an application to BSNL in January 2011 to settle the desposit amount but I haven't got the amount till now. I returned all the instruments to BSNL in January along with the application for disconnection. When I call BSNL, they point me to different numbers. I am tired of calling so many numbers (nearly 15 numbers).
I hereby request you not to go for BSNL service as their customer service is hopeless. When we call them, they are not bothered to answer our queries and hand the phone on your face.
