Our company has taken internet connection from the above mentioned company (User ID: 86271, Account Holder: Sarab Designs) in Indiranagar Bangalore. The connection was taken under a scheme of 6 months+45 days@ Rs.2800/- in the month of October.
The connection has stopped working since November 20, 2011 till date.
We have made repeated complaints (almost 50 times) in the past three months but the internet company refuses to take any action.
We request consumer Forum to take immediate action against the You Broad Band company.
