I am using broadband services of You Broadband since last four months. I am facing problem of frequent outage of internet services since I started using their services. Every time there is outage, I have lodged complains about the same. Every time I have given feedback to provide advance information when there is outage for maintenance but not a single time they provide information about the same. Every time they give false promised of immediate resolution. My business is completely dependent on internet services and I am loosing business due to unavailability of internet Services. I would like to appeal all who is using You Telecom Broadband service to make a note of this seriously and claim the business loss with You Broadband due to such outage of internet services and irresponsible attitude of the company.

I have been TRYING to contact the Customer Care Centre for this pathetic Internet Service Provider but haven't been able to get through. Their phone lines are always busy.

I finally managed to get through to an executive last night and was told that there is an outage. There has been frequent outages since 3 days. Everytime you call them, they tell you that that there is maintenance work and that there are repairs goin on but it never gets solved.

What is even more pathetic is that they do not even text message or inform you that ther internet won't be available. Such pathetic service. The speeds are terrible and you can't even get through to the Contact Centre.

The executives do not even know what they are doing. I told most of them that I get access to google and facebook, but not other sites. They did not understand what I was saying.

Cheats!!!

Again and again there is outage issue problem. Daily they have problem with their service and there is no advance information by text message. While contacting customer care executive they have only one answer : 'There is an outage issue and work is going on'. All of them are cold blooded and they don't care for their customers.
