    My whole business stuck due to service provided by chillydomains.in - domains and webspace - easy to use - easy to register

    Their service kind of sucks and it takes forever for the domain renewal/transfer and they never reply to mails and their toll free number is not responding.Also they have not given me the authorization code so that I can transfer my domain.
    This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to come into contact with. In the last three days i have e-mailed the customer service department. My website has expired due to false asumption as I thought have approved the transfer, which they have failed to do so for reasons of not responding to mails. All my company's business mails are bouced since last five days & lost one important deals with a vendor. I even payed the advance renewal with dunning cost three days back but still they have not unlock my domain nither activate it.These lazy bastards have refused to offer any assistance, indeed they have never replied to my concerns. Worst customer service on the planet! probably the laziest people in the market that you can possibly come across, ignoring e mails, not being helpful at all, impossible to find some one take care of your problem.

    I have made the poice complaint to bear my loses due those HELL people.

    Please raise this issue & stop their business from INDIA.

    I have found the only information after searching in blogs the company address.

    Default Real bad services from Chillydomains.in

    I have 2 hosting and 2 domains purchased from Chillydomains.in. Everything was OK, except extremely slow response of their customer support. Few things I would like to clarify:
    1. Customer support of chillydomains.in takes 2-3 days to send any reply.
    2. They falsely advertise that they have 24x7 customer care. Emails sent on Wednesday are usually replied only on Monday.
    3. They had an India toll free number, but it is defunct for more than a year now.
    4. Skype support calls never get through or never picked up.
    5. They have removed non toll-free customer support numbers long back.


    I had the real experience of chillydomains.in when my domain came up for renewal. This was my first **hosting** renewal.
    For 3 year fresh/renewal payment of hosting, you get 33% discount. When I received the invoice for renewal, I logged in into the Customer Area and tried to make payment, but I could not as their Credit Card system was not working. I tried more than 10 times in next 3-4 days, but in vain. Upon sending an email to them, I received a confirmation that their CC payment system was not working and insisted to make payment to their PayPal account? As it was going to be an international payment, I was not interested in making any payment through PayPal, which is not even listed among accepted method of payment. So I thought to make a payment by online banking. It took 4 emails exchanges to get the accurate and complete information about their bank account. More than 10 calendar days had passed and I received a dunning fee from them. Dunning fees stands for reminder free. I clearly told them that your credit card system is not working and you have taken your jolly time to provide me your baking account details, how do you NOT expect a delay in payment. After I received complete bank account information, I make a token payment, so as to confirm that the bank account details are correct. It took another week for them to confirm that. In mean time, I tried to complete the payment through Credit Card and it worked. Wow.. I was happy that finally I have made the payment. When I replied to the email chain wit support, they asked my credit card information, so that they could manually verify the payment. Looks like they had no system for payment recognition. Their worst was yet to come. As I paid for three years, I received 33% discount from original invoice ( 2 years payment get 20% discount I suppose). I received a shocker that I must pay the difference in the invoice and actually payment again and again, even though I told the customer support of having received a discount for extending hosting plan by three years. The last email that I have received says "there can't be any reasoning about the amount. Pay the amount, which was given on the invoice number. Otherwise your domain will not be renewed."

    I also faced a email bounced back. Imagine email being bounced from someone providing hosting services. Their system can be so bad.

    From this experience, I must say that if you are doing a business, please stay away from chillydomains.in as they will arm twist you to make extra payment, make you pay for delay when they would be at fault and even threaten to cancel our domain even if you have paid as per the bill generated to you. I’m technically well versed person knowing the file and database backup very well. But what if such tactics are being applied to someone who doesn't know website management. Your business, relationship could be at risk. Look the experience of the person above. I know that transfer to a new host is not going to be a painless process, but I've decided to chuck chillydomains.in for better. I'm not going to renew my any of contract with them (Got one more hosting and two domains with them)

    The reason, I repeatedly tried to make payment through Credit Card is that I can ask the payment to be reversed till 180 days of payment. I work in financial domain and know the nitty gritty very well. In fact the review above had made me vigilant and tries my best to make payment though Credit Card. Their can be bad customer support, slow hosting then advertized, but do you expect your web host to dupe you.
