I have a domain name 'sunshinecomputers.info'. i paid 1500/- to :: Hosting Seva :: company for transfer my domain to their company. Mr. Antony (an employee of that company)told me all the details. I paid on 4-may-2010. but my domain is still not transfered. I provided all the details they demanded from me. But i am really unsatisfied from that company's services. I also send a ticket

. but i did not receive any answer from them. I send them request that if they will not give me proper response i will go to consumer court and If they cannot do any thing than they should refund my money. I opened chat window many time but after knowing my domain name, no one gives the answer. i have tried everywhere but no one gives me answer. If u cannot do anything than please tell me the way from where I get solution. I really very disappointed from their services. I am writing this mail to you with lots of hops.

I have purchased a web hosting service from M/s Weblink India.Net Pvt Ltd. (B2B portal) for my company
M/s United Glass Company.

According to my contract with them , we are provided with 7 POP Email ID & Web Domain Name.
On receiving of the Email ID provided by them, we wanted to change our passwords for the same according to our own wish but we are refused that we can not change our Email ID's PASSWORD on our own and we have to share our desired password with the service provider to get it changed.

And if we want to change our password by our self, then we have to pay them extra amount of money to avail this service.

Kindly look into the matter and prompt reply on the same would be appreciated.
