We are authorise distributor for various chemicals and Solvents and doing all our business worth Rs. 300 Carores through Emails. since last 3-4 days they have suspended our account without any intimation. as we raised ticket for the same with their technical team with all detail they told us to follow with billing team, and to follow with billing team we have to issue a fresh ticket and have to provide all detail again. We also have to provide them the Payment deatil which we have made before 2 years. Still our account is in suspended status and we are not able to send/Receive mails. we are making lot of business loss and facing too much harassment from them. we request you to take necessary action on it.
