We have taken VPS from Ctrls and experienced regular problem due to which could not use the server for long time and send mails for the errors. and when things didnot work out, we stopped using the server. after 2 months ctrls send bill to us and contacted by sales team for payment. We told them that there were problem because of which we could not use so why should we pay for the faulty period. after all we have taken server as service and it was not working. then there is no question of payment. However, if you are saying that Now everything is fine then let me check and from now onwards we will pay the cost of vps. They took 4-5 days to respond to us even after telling them that we need one server so if this is ok then we will go this but respond us today only. Finally when they gave us the response, they again asked the one month faulty period payment i.e they didnot accept their faulty and just want money without understanding customer exact point. We have received most pathetic response from ctrls.in which is a India based data center promises huge promises but when the question of delivery and understanding customer grievances comes they back out. More of money minded organisation.
