I have purchased a windows based Reseller Plesk Panel from Hosting Seva Bangalore. And from the starting itself it is not working properly. The executive Sultan used to tell me that the uptime ratio will be 99.99%, but actually the downtime ratio is 99.99%.

Please, its a request to all the user DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM HOSTING SEVA. Its a fake company, every one of their employee used to forward the request of the client, but the result is ZERO.
