I have Registered A Domain on Manas Hosting
Creation Date: 23-dec-2010
Now I want to Transfer the Domain to some other hosting provider, because of a pathetic customer Service

On 21st October i Raised an Ticket and Deposited the Payment in Manas Hosting Account
Since then the Customer Service Executives are saying me that, it will be done in couple of hours etc etc
but till date it isnt done
The Status of the ticket is ON HOLD

When i ask the Executive to Esclate the call to Senior
they never do the same, giving a same answer everytime "THEY ARENT AVAILABLE"


Please Do let me know how to sue Manas Hosting for this Behaviour
Its Against the Consumer Rights, Please Guide me

Hello to all my Dear,

I'm purchasing a web hosting package on 8 july 2011 and the executive tell me that the activation of package with 4-5 hours but it is not happed. Due to this problem i'm raising ticket id and contacting to customer executive, billing and technical executive for solution. But they all cheater and do not response for my problem. Now I'm raising ticket again 4-6 times for refunding my money as soon as possible, due this ticket they will activate my hosting package on 4 November 2011. But I don't want to deal with him now.

so, please help me how to receive my money return

Hello Everyone,


I have registered a domain from manashosting on 13 FEB. But it has not activated till now. I have generate the billing ticket and I also send the ticket for refund but they didn't give any solution for refund and when I chat with billing team then they said that you contact with sales team and when I contact to sales team then they said that you contact with billing team and same for technical team.

I have personally tell to every one it's a very very bad service provider and I am very angry on there employees and also company.
