I am creating a website which will cater to the needs of real estate professionals.
I bought unlimited hosting space package from Yahoo SME.
They charged me 3000 bucks for hosting.

There are many service providers like Square Brothers, E-Webguru etc. They charge you just 1500 bucks [Half of what Yahoo charges]. But their service is very poor.

I chose yahoo blindly , assuming that their service will be the best, as they are word renouned.
But their service sucks.

I manage my Database with MySQL 5. But their server supports only MySQL 4.
When even small companies support MySQL 5 hosting, why yahoo is charging twice higher for a service which is many times poorer than small companies.

Because of them i have wasted 2 weeks in doing stuff with MySQL 5. Can i sue them? Am i eligible for a compensation?
