Siliconhouse has posted a purchase of .com domains on their site for $ 9.30...at the date of online purchase the exchange rate translated approximately to Rs.400/- The site mentioned a bank account no and have mentioned a fee of Rs. 50/- for outstation cheques because the Siliconhouse account was Chennai based. I made out a cheque (No. 324979) and on 14th Oct the payment reflected in my account. However, there was no update in my account at all. I therefore called the Chennai office only to be told to send them a mail about the transaction.

The mail was promptly sent dated Oct. 16th, however only after I followed up with an additional mail on the 19th did I receive a reply on the 21st asking for more details...however even after reply to the email and threatning them with action there has been no follow up from them so far.

I would like to ask for a complete refund of Rs. 450/- along with a demand for delay, trauma and damages worth at least another 10000/- for the delay in registering the domain and the unprofessional attitude shown.
