Hello, please suggest me what to do , I am extremely frustrated now.
Around 3 months ago I talked with servercolocation.in for a India based dedicated server and they said they will provide but I need to do payment first. After I did the payment they gave us a server in Texas , USA. When I asked them why they have given US based , they said that I didnt specify I needed it in India . But I have repeatedly told them I needed a server in Hyderabad. This was the first time I was tricked by them. When I contacted the Sales representative whom I had phone conversation , he said they would refund my money. I waited 1 month but to my surprise I came to know that the sales representative have told the company that we have cancelled the refund we needed and are willing to take a server at Jaipur Datacenter. When we contacted the sales representative , he said his job was in danger so he did that. Now I could do nothing other than taking the server bcuz I have already done the payment. I confirmed them to provide me the server 10 days ago and they said they will provide within 24 hours. But they didnt provide. After a lot of scolding to them from me, they gave me an alternative server ( not the config I asked for) 3 days ago which means 7 days late. Then when I checked the Internet speed its only 1 MBPS while the sales representative said that I would get 100MBPS speed. When I contacted the company they said , they can only provide 1 MBPS Internet at Jaipur and they said the sales representative said that he would "TRY" for 100 MBPS. But we have asked him several times on phone if it was 100MBPS and he said yes. So , I got fooled 3rd time by them.
Now I want a refund from them and want those cheaters to get punished. But one problem is I haven't recorded the phone calls but I have the emails between the sales representative and Me. Still , It wont be much useful because he never wrote the things he fooled us about on emails and said them on phone. When I ask them Manager's Number they arent providing me.
Please help me I am very frustrated because of them. I have some hope with you.
