I bought a computer last June 24,2010 at the Accent Micro SM Tarlac-branch. The following day, I noticed that the keyboard of the computer is not working and different from my receipt versus the actual packed, hence the following day I went back to request for a replacement. The keyboard was replaced but unfortunately after only 2 weeks of use, it is now the computer has error. The computer is block and display “REBOOT AND SELECT PROPER BOOT DEVICE OR INSERT BOOT MEDIA IN SELECTED BOOT AND PRESS A KEY “. I went back again last July 23, to have the computer repaired - and it was fixed. But again after only 2 weeks of use, I have encountered the same error, I reported immediately to them. I went back again last August 30, and it was fixed. Last September 23, I have encountered again the same error. Again I reported and asked to fix the said computer error at my home and or replace the defective parts, but unfortunately after my several follow ups Accent Micro did not respond to my request/complain.
Are their technicians trained enough to handle the computer problems? why my computer cannot permanently fixed?
