I am Subrata kumar mukherjee from 2/c ramlal bazar road,haltu , kolkata-700078, had purchased one hp desk top with color tft monitor and desk jet printer on05.02.08 from M/S rahul commerce (p) ltd.and got it installed on 07.02.08with a total price of Rs 40784/.The desk top bears a system sl no INA7470193 with model no DX7380MT,SIMM type _DDF2,HPDX7380 DESK TOP(GP371PT),512MB DDR2 MEMORY DVD WRITER,HP 17'' TFT COLOR MONITOR,S/N CNC735RLTM, PART UE 366E,HPDESK JET 2460 PRINTER PARTNO. CB611A,S/N TH7989340VO.
WARRANTY FOR THE PC AS WELL AS THE MONITOR IS VALID UPTO 06/02/2011.
The problem started on april 09 with a continuous beep sound from the cpu and after several calls M/S rahul commerce did send their machanics on different dates. i.e.,on 30/04/09,04/05/09,06/05/09,03/07/09,07/09/09 and 31/03/10 but could not rectify the faults and the snag recurr time and again.The system used to be allright for the time being and no sooner they left the place , in the next dayit self the snag will recurr.Anyway the ball was passed on to SIGMA INFOTECH.They too have tried a lot with their visit on 06/04/10,26/04/10,22/05/10, and 3/07/10 , but with same out put. the mother board was even changed but the problem still persists.I am unable to use my pc and fed up with the service rendered by these service providers those who could not kill this problem for so many times.The problem started with a continuous beep sound from the cpu , then no display on the system, then no power to mbd etc.I am yet to get any out put from the service engineers.Everytime I have to book a call to Bangalore HP and get it registered and then they will instruct the kolkata service provider to act. It takes a lot of time to initiate the job.I have purchased this Branded computer with a heavy price and suffering .Actually at the end of the day neigther i could use this pc nor I could get any refund .The service providers are interested in their own calls and seems are interested in AMc only or after warranty calls so that they can extract money from the customers.Hp also seems to be reluctant in this issue.Customers seems to be no more good/benificial to them after selling the product to them.we the customers are the only sufferers and have to run pillar to post for getting the service.request please help me in rectifying the core issue/fault and allow me to use my pc smoothly.

i'm basant kumar soni i have pursed hp 20''inch tft from nehru place delhi and tft model no is 2009f but from some time it has problem LCD PANEL .the tft warranty is 3year according to the company
i calling to custmer care office toll free number 1800114772 and custmer care says my willbe solved within one week .and give a delhi service centre number 30675107 .i also calling delhi service centre but they told to me that your request willbe solved and after two days engneer will visit to your home and after two days engneer has come to check the tft problem and make a callback report and says within one week your tft will replace but after one week there is not call and any replacement for my tft and when to custmer care and delhi service centre than ther are tell a lie and don't attend my phone i calling to gurgaon custmer again and again but there is not any responsibily for my probem
