Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased AOC LCD Monitor in the month of May 2010. but its internal liquids spreads and some dark pacthes occurs on the screen. LCD is still under the warranty period. On compliant the company rejected the claim, by excusing on the presumption that it might be due to some physical damage. Even though there is no such mark of any physical damages on the surface.

Requesting the concerned authourties to help me out in this matter.
