I am purchasing one one hp pavilion desktop 6010 from HP dealr viz. M/S. M. C. Tech on 06.08.2009 and till it is on warranty period. Few days ago when i contact with M/S. M.C. Tech for installation of anti-virus for quick heal he send a mechanic for installation purpose. My computer is inbuilt Windows Vista Processer. But the mechanic does not installed anti-virus successfully and he format my pc and installed "Windows XP". And the machine is fully down. I verbally complaint to M/S. M. C. Tech for this type of job and again he send another mechanic and he installed quick heal antivirus software sussessfully and rebooting the system wit Window Vista. But there is a problem. It is a branded computer from HP. Before, when i open my computer there is a icon specially "HP Total care". this icon is not seen and the function of this icon my machine is not perfect condition. Not showing of graphix card. As this juncture i want to know where as my computer in a warranty period. Now i want to know that why M/S. M. C. Tech not take proper care and i also want to know what action taken against M/S. M. Tech. please justify the matter and take proper action.
