    Hi

    I m Shabnam Ara 50year old. I have purchased a New Family Gain II Policy No.0162491616 from Bajaj Allianz in 27 mar 2010. I purchased policy from a Sales Maneger MR.Dharmender Kumar Singh STM Code1100082370 working with Bajaj Allianz. He didn't delivered me the Policy Bound certificate after three year. I was not happy with the Mr Dharmender kumer. when I called him. that time then he said I' m busy I can't help you. finally he said you can witdraw policy. I visited to Gaya Branch Office. Operation Manager told me u have to pay for the Certificate 200Rs.
    Still i am not getting Policy Bound certificate. why should i pay 200 Rs ?
    when i never received the policy documents, so why should i pay for the stamp duty. I would not pay for that. Its Bajaj Allainz duty to send me the documents policy.

    Thanks for your e-mail.I already spoke Ms Sheetal Govekar/CFU/P00/Life/Allianz-IN she told me We would like to inform you that we have already dispatched your original policy document
    from our end on dated 08/04/2010 through Blaze flash courier, for duplicate policy bond kindly visit your nearest bajaj allianz branch along with idemnity form and would be charges as applicable
    My question still the ame. when i never received the policy documents, so why should i pay for the stamp duty and printing charges. Please check and confirm me the same. I would not pay for that. Its Bajaj Allainz duty to send me the documents policy. if you are not providing me. I will go to consumer court.
