I bought COMPAQ 610 on 21-8-09 from Cuttack(Maple Computers).Speaker gave way within 10 days......got it repaired after lot of hassle in almost a month.....after 2 months,new problem-computer got switched off automatically,blue screen appeared..gave to HP Service center at BHUBANESWAR(Shaheed Nagar plot-100) 2 months back...they kept it for 8 days & returned me with the same problem(HARDWARE ERROR-according to their terminology)....I had to give my laptop again ....they have kept it for 20 days and still haven't returned me...in the meantime my warranty period is just 1 and half months away...Myself being a doctor,I'm finding it really difficult to make presentations for seminars & conferences...CAN I EXPECT SOME HELP?
