compaq is providing customers with amd athlon processors which they(compaq employees) already know is not working properly. problem of overheating is very prevalent in laptops with amd processers. When i went to their customer care and told about the problem of overheating, then one of the employee told me not to worry as it is a genuine problem. Then i asked him what procedures have taken to remove thia problem then he remained silent. So i just want to ask compaq that when they know about this problem, so why they dont solve this problem or atleast they tell the customer about this problem at purchasing time only. So atleast buyer will get a chance to go to another processor or take amd at his own risk.. I am the worst sufferer of this problem. Lots of problems cost me due to this processor only.
