Complain against HCL Service center
I have purchased a HCL Desktop of cost 42600rs. It's was in warranty when it's motherboard was damaged. I contacted to HCL service center. On my first request they do not responded for it.
Then I complained again for it. While they say that they will handle the problem within 24hrs but after 15 days they contacted me regarding the complain. Their service engineer have taken away motherboard of my PC and now by the last two months whenever I call to HCL service center, they told me motherboard will be installed back today. But till today no one is there to installed it back. Even I have requested them to put my damaged Mother board back. But they are not giving it back to me, Now what I should do? Please help me.
