Hello Sir,
I bought a Hcl ezeebee computer on 17.12.07. It cost me Rs.32000. Within 4 months(December-April) it started troubling me. PC used to shut down suddenly. As it was under warranty, I contacted the technician he repaired it. then again the same problem arised in August. Again the same technician has repaired it. then in december the warranty has expired hence I used to contact nearby dealers to repair it. Till date my PC is not working fine. Day before yesterday, I spoke to the dealer he says the problem is in the motherboard and it needs to be replaced and he got to know this when he spoke to the technician who has repaired it earlier. So when the Hcl Tech knew that the mother board needs to be replaced during the warranty period itself. then why he did not do it. I never knew that such a branded name HCL could be such a cheater!!!. Could you please suggest me as what to do?? thanks Arpana. arpana.10c@gmail.com |

To bring in your notice , I purchased a desktop system of LG in 2009. (Complete bill details/ scan copy I can provide) & it was having 3 years warranty. Since then hardly I could use this system in tension free condition , the reason & service details are the real mirror of my dis-satisfaction & can be easily availed by LG. There is no root cause ****ysis study, no Fool-proof action being taken by LG, no time limit of repairing; it may be a month or even more that system remains in LG service custody, no control of parts in service centre( Even RAM was removed from my system & I was not communicated which indicates the level of PDI control at service centre), no proper communication system. I am really fed-up with the quality of service being provided by LG. Recently I submitted my CPU on 3rd June against receipt No. 4633 at Perth, Faridabad, having Mother Board problem (as confirmed by LG service Engineer). After a month period that is after a number of follow-ups , I got my system back on 6th July , handed over by Mr Praveen (LG Engr). As I was out of station till 12th July ( I can provide proof) , on 13th July when I started my system it indicated message like “NDLTR missing with just black screen”. It was translated by Mr LG Service engineer that no window is loaded & for the same I spoke to Mr Arvind (LG-Zonal Head) & Mr Pravin (LG Engineer) & I was committed to correct the problem. When I submitted my system at LG service centre at that time it was confirmed by Perth engineer that window is OK & desktop icon could be easily seen. Means system was having showing the problem on some intervals, when & why no idea. But no satisfaction reply pushed me to again register a complaint with LG that’s against Request ID “RNA110716068728” on 17th July but any action or movement is yet to be seen. This is the condition of brand like LG. During this warranty period , I faced problem more than 6~7 times & most of the time data was formatted by LG. I am using system in the office / company since 1995 & I have never seen / experienced such bad performance system. The system full of failures. This is the seen when i never used external device, system can be investigated. Apart from this in the past I have spoken to Mr Arvind (LG-Zonal Head), Mr Utsav (LG Head office) , Ms Smriti, Mr Sunil , Mr Ashok Chobey & Mr Vikas in LG apart from other LG service centre person but no conclusive action. Also I have written a number of mails , I have made a number of calls, the details I can provide if required but let me know to whom I should speak. My approach is if the system is having so much problem then why they do not replace the system rather doing R&D on my system without knowing the importance of data, mantel satisfaction & other problems of the customer.
