First of all, I get the number of your customer care centre with great diffuculty. They try their level best to delay the complaints. Keyboard to my PC (Machine No. 6074AQ500046) was not working and the powering system of CPU was also not working. Thereforefore, I tried to register my complaint on Phone No. 01202406105. After several efforts, my complaint No. 1900008470 dated 12.7.2010 was registered and I was assured that the same will be replaced very soon. When the call was not attended, I again made a call to customer service centre on 19.7.2010 and registerdd Call ID No. 1900012874. After that, I made so may calls every day but call was not attended. Ultimately, only after intervention of Shri Sanatan, Senior Executive of your company, the call was attended on 24.7.2010 (copy of Customer Service Report No. SI 15471 attached herewith) and the keyboard was replaced but your Engoneer take away the S.M.P.S. for repair. In this regard, I registered another complaint ID No. 1900019054 on 27.7.2010. As is evident from this CSR No. SI 15471 that S.M.P.S of the computer was taken for repair on 24.7.2010. It is very regretfull that the same has not been returned till date i.e. 04.07.2010. I request that the concerned person may be directed to return the M.P.S. without loss of time because my computer is notworking and my day today work is suffering. I hope you will instruct the concerned person to do the needful at the eareliest. If such is the state of affairs in HCL, then I can only say that I will have to go to the consumer court to redress my grievance. With last hope from your end. (N. C.
