hi i am sarabpreet singh. my mob. no. is 98144-79557. i purchased a videocon lcd last year in october, it started giving problem after few months of purchasing.last month it got completely dead. i registered a complaint in its coustmer care on 20 june 2010. my complaint no. is JAL2006100004.But till date they do not replace the damaged part.i am fed up by calling again and again but they do not taken any action.inspite of that their attitude,way of talking,way of responding back is also so bad. i request to please take strong action against this company
