DEAR SIR, PATNA(28-04-2011)
I HAVE A COMPLAIN TO REGISTER. I HAVE PURCHASED HCL COMPUTER FROM IT ZONE MALL, BORING C**** ROAD PATNA,WITH EXTENDED WARANTY OFFER.I HAVE PROBLEM WITH TFT MONITOR. THE ENGINEER CAME 0N 9TH APRIL2011, AND TOOK THE MONITOR SAYING THAT HE WILL SEND IT TO THE COMPANY. LATER HE REPORTED THAT THERE IS PROBLEM WITH TFT . HE GAVE ME ASSURANCE THAT IT WILL GET REPLACED VERY SOON. BUT TODAY IS 29TH APRIL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED TFT TILL YET. I USE COMPUTER IN SCHOOL. MY ALL WORK HAS GOT HAMPERED. PLZ TAKE NECESSARY STEP IN SENDING THE NEW TFT.
