Dell is 100% cheater, if you buy new system after if you found some manufactureing deffect .then they send replacement part for your system that is refurbis part (they said Repair & pass by our QC ) it was also diffective , after 10 to 15 days Dell Engineer chake the system & he found part recived from Dell is Deffictive & also some of part is not match with the syatem (so it was differant from new so it canot fit to the system ) the Dell Engi. give request to Dell to replace the system because it can not be repairable , then we call to Custtomer Care & give the request on 06/09/2010 & CC Exucative give the request NO for the same ,when i call to on17/09/2010 ,they said that they had recived request on 15/09/2010 they are westing time ,
