I had purchased a HCl Desktop From PP info solutions pvt. ltd. gurgaon in the 2011. Just after three months there is a crack in the TFT. I complaint about that TFt on 17th September.2011 by calling customer care. MY complaint number is 8400042328. After complaining a person came from Dwarka Delhi after 2 days.on the time of pick up he says it will take around MAx. 7 days. I call back customer care after 8 days to know the status of TFT, the person on the line says., it will take 2 more days. after that I didn't get response from there side. So i called them once again on 3rd October to know the complaint status once again. but that i talk to Mrs. Khusboo and Mr. Anil Tiwari ( Employee id is - 8400042328) and he said it wil be delivered to your address on Friday 07/10/11. but i m still waiting for tht. Now on friday he is saying it will be delivered on Monday.It is around 20 days my work is been hammpering. so take suitable action against the HCl Company.
