MY HCL COMPUTER COMPLAINT NO IS 1900072890 ON DT. 06/10/10. BUT NO ACTION TAKEN BY HCL. I ALREADY CALL( MIN. 20-25 TIMES) IN COMPLAINT CELL BUT RESULT IS ZERO. PLEASE HELP----------------------------------------

their after sales service is verry bad

Hello Sir,

I bought a HCL neo system i paid theM above Lakh for that system about a 4 years back, they had 1 year guarantee on it and after that they came puntually to me for extension and took 15k for 1 year warantee extension and here the problem started, in the AMC period the system failed to work properly and gave them a call to complaint about it but no response even after a week or two then i gave them call and lots of complaints about the system not working properly but nobody came to service and called them and after the expiration of warantee of 2nd year i was told that they have stopped the sale of this particular system thats is HCL NEO so they will not provide support to me, i told them that we have paid you over lakh rupees and you can atleast suppot them as this system cannot be handled by any ordinary hardware, they just blankly rejected me and told them sir we sold it but why did u buy it, now we cannot support it so go back and later in one service center of HCL i got it serviced just to start the system as the ram was faulty they charged my 7k saying we are doing it unofficially just thank us for doing it , and we had to pay as they system was over a lakh and later we the system went down again we called them and they said they cannot do anything to it, we paid them and that time it was working now if its not working then its other issue, i said we will pay you just rectify it and also told once you sold the good you should atleast support it or if you have stopped it then give us an alternate to it or let us know where we can get an AMS or who can repair it , he said once good sold our work is done company pay us for working for things which they have now and not to things which they have stopped , SO my request is that if the company stops the product its their call they can but for a customer they have to provide support for their product which is delicate and is to be supported by a stipulated team who can only do it. or provide us with an alternate. I request you to please and please help me out on this as my system is with me as new as it is but in non working condition, it switches on but monitor keeps getting off and then on its fluctuating, Sir please lodge a complaint and get me justice and take action again these Negligient HCL company, who do not care about their valued customers, I also recomend people not to but their products. because of my exerience, I hope to get justice from you. awaiting reply.

i bought a hcl desktop 3 years back of late the LCD was not working properly so i took it to the nearest hcl service center where they kept it for almost a week and then returned it saying it is all right we don't find any fault. then after 2 months it again started giving same problem so i again i took it to the service center this time they said there is a problem and we need to send it to Bangalore i said ok. After 2 weeks they returned it back saying its display ic is at fault but we don't have spare for it.Now i fail to understand the product which they only 3 years back they don't have its spare with them.i bought that lcd for 8000 now i have left with no other option then to buy a new one.this is not a way a big mnc works i am ready to pay for the spares but they simply don't have it.
