i have hcl dektop ezee bee which is troubling me,

the TFT 18.5' is nt working , i made complaint my complain number is 1900023478,

my machine number is 7097AZ0088908
serial number of TFT monitor 5095BG261673
email id niteshrai21@gmal.com,

the enginer is nt coming as i have complaint 6 days ago .and todys is 7august ,

plz help me , my all work is pending,
