I, Arvind Kumar , R/O O-35, 3rd Floor, Sriniwaspuri, New Delhi -110065, had registered the complaints on Dt 28/10/2010 vide complaint no. 1900097845 at Toll free No.18601800425. i use to call every day aat this no. but they said some one will visit at your place before 6 O'Clock. But till now no body had visited at my place.

I, Shamsher Singh R/O 344 Vashisht Nagar Ambala Cantt-133001puchased desktop computer from RB new age computers, 5683 Nicolson Road Ambala Cantt with 1+2 years warrenty card No 336675, I had registered the complaint on 15 Oct 2010 vide complaint No 1900082117 from my mobile NO 9034352344. Rep of HCL Mr Pankaj had collected the defective Mother board on 16 Oct 2010 vide receipt No-2987 for replacement but till now I have not received it back.

They always said that they would call back after one hours or mother board send to you by the next day but there is no response yet.I Have expend lot of money to call them and company harass to me.
