sir we have bought new desktop serial no.410AC386925 of HCL from ME ZONE at district center janakpuri. It was found after three days that the start button was completely pushed inside automatically. we asked mr. Gaurav Gupta the owner of the shop to change the PC but he gave the customer care no .their engineer had come and checked that the PC supplied was not in good condition and he requested to change the PC in the complaint letter. when we talked to the shopkeer he refused to change it and talked very rudely. now the customer care service is also not responding well and they are not sure how much time it will take to replace the PC. it is very disapponting that since we have bought that PC we are talking and complaining on phone only and nobody is listening to us. this is not the second hand its from a very reputed company and this is their attitude towards the customer.
