I have purchased new desktop HCL MODEL NO DESKTOP AC2V0012 from s.s.d.n infosolution G-2 RAJA HOUSE 30-31 Nehru place New Delhi 41011333 on dated 12.7.10
which invoice no is RH1250. When I came with system and installed the system was not working then i contact with computer engineer of their company he said CPU is not working. Dealer changed the CPU on the same day 12.7.10. Again system's Audio system is not working and suffered badly. I complaint the problem to Dealer he said to complaint to HCL. Again I complaint to HCL on their no 18601800425 they registered my problem and ensure to solve the problem and given ref no 19000131612 but the did not responded two or three days. Again I complaint to HCL they gave me complaint no 1900013692 and ensure that on dt20.7.10 your problem will be solved but their Engg not came to solve the problem. again I contacted to HCL they ensure to solve the problem and gave senior tel no 09958111904 Mr Om prakash H..O.D he also did not solve the problem. In between I suffered mentaly and monetary heavy loss.

This is my kind request to you kindly cmpensate my loss and Replace or refund my money back becuse both HCL and Dealer are Cheating and Selling default computer system to customers. when i said if you will not solve the problem I will complaint to Consumer forum they laughed and said they will not solve your problem.
