My monitor was purchased from hp world,civil lines,allahabad .The SERIAL NO is-3CQ9091V06.after 2 years of my purchasing ,the monitor has got a serious problem .It is showing white lines on the bottom of the monitor ,this problem has ocurred approximately 2 month ago.please try to do something and i have already compained about this problem in hewlett-packard india sales Pvt.Ltd.tower-d,6th floor global buiseness park mehrauli-gurgaon road gurgaon-122002,haryana india. my CASE ID is-CA1111746 DATED 25-7-11 .After complain, hp head office has posted us a letter on 30th september 2011.they are saying that they will not replace our monitor with a new one they are saying that they will give us a old but correct monitor .Our monitor is under the warranty period,plese try to do something.
