Dear sir/ maam,
1. i am approching, i myself dont know whome, but when a person is in distress he wants to some thing & i am donig that only.

2. i have done the biggest blunder of buying a HP pavallion computer, which undoubtly is the WORST product i have ever purchased ever in my life.
now as usual it off road or call it NOT WORKING, i lodged a complaint & the no is CA0981949.

3. First it took 1 week & 11 calls to your most unprofessional & useless & WORST callcentre, to convince them that my computer if faulty. despite my many requests, they were hell bent upon making me a rocket scientist & trying to repair this DEFECTIVE computer on tele phone, after 8 day today i get a call from your local repair centre that an engineer will come & first see the computer then he will repair. if the engr had to come at first instence then why it took u 1 week to understand this simple thing, which i kept on telling from the first instance. your call centre is full of uncouth fools because if they listen to the coustome then half of the problem can be solved immediatly, but they r like parrots, who know what has been tutored, they r BRAINLESS people.

4. Now plz sent an engr immediatly and get my mother board changed. i really want to interact with your Maning Director, as i feel and i am confident that this problem cannot be solved by your lower staff.

5. i dont know some will read this mail, but hoping aganst hope that i will get a reply.
