Not replace my Lcd Moniter

I bought the monitor in the month of October. The monitor crashed in the 2 weeks. Some how the monitor started working after couple hours. It was working fine till few days and all of a sudden it crashed again. I gave a requisition on 6th of November and was assured that I would receive a replacement in 2 weeks time, its been a month now and there is no sign of replacement. Every time I call up the helpline they provide me with a number to call and follow up and when I call up that number they ask me to contact the Helpline again. I spoke to one of the Team leader on the Helpline number to expressed my frustration and he assured that I would a receive a replacement of a different model as the particular model was not available. I call up to tell them I cannot rely on them delivering me the replacement at my doorstep but they did not give me any positive response. I don't understand why do they promise service when they cannot stand up to their mark. Its a great disappointment.
