I bought an Lenovo C series deskptop. ans recieved seiled pack system. But the CD part is demaged. And now Lenovo has refused to support it saying it does not come under warranty.

As they have deilvered the damaged System. They should fix the problem. But now Lenovo Customercare is just disconnecting the call.
