    Default Lenovo Computer Warranty

    Dear Sir,
    I purchased a Lenovo Computer from Lenovo dealers in my town ( Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu) on 30th Sep. 2008 with a warranty perion of 3yrs.
    Around 1 month back i had some complain with the monitor so i tried to contact the dealer from where the computer was purchased. Their engineers visited and after inspection advised me to contact the Lenovo consumer to replace the monitor as it was not working due to some hardware problem and it was within waranty period.
    I tried to contact the Lenovo consumer care. They asked me for the machine serial no. which i provided them but they said such serial no. was not in their database so asked me to send the snapshots of the serial no . on the computer which i provided them immediately as it was becoming very difficult and harrasing for me to work without computer.
    At the same time i tried to conatact the dealer but it seemed they were least interested to help me and it seemed their duty was over as soon as they sold us the computer.
    I requested them to help me in this matter as they were the authorised dealers and if they talk to the Company my problem can be solved quickly and they can alsohelp me with the serial no. which the Company says it was not in their records. The dealers were least interested to help us despite repeated phone calls made by me.
    Sir, I want to know iif its my fault that the serial no. is not with the Company or is it the negligence of the company or the dealer because of whom i have been suffering for the last 1 months.
    The Company says that my mail has been forwarded to the concerned dept. and they will reply within 2 weeks. I want to know while selling the computer and making after sales promises it taked only seconds for them and if some problem comes after a year or so it takes weeks for them to reply.
    Sir, I wanted to draw your attention towards my problem so that your consumer court forum would help me with my problem and proper action can be taken against the company and the dealer.

    Default lenovo laptop's warranty extend

    I purchased a Lenovo lappy MODEL NO.-4EQ
    S.NO.-MA9WXB0
    from Lenovo dealers COMPU WORLD in bhilai(c.g.)on 22nd oct2008 with a warranty period of 1yr and two years extend upgrade.
    After 1 year i told them to extend warranty for TWO years they dont upgrade it.
    i had some complain with the dealer from where the computer was purchased and to the company.but they dont respond.
    I tried to contact the Lenovo consumer care.but nothing was there.
    Sir, I wanted to draw your attention towards my problem so that your consumer court forum would help me with my problem and proper action can be taken against the company and the dealer.
    sir plz help me to upgrade my warranty period.
