I purchased a HCL desktop on 10th aug. 2010 with 1 yr of warranty period.But its malfunctioning started just within a month n we logged a complain as

1)complain no.- 89090054LM dated 08/09/09 at 15:00

but no response was received by HCL company n our desktop was serviced by a personal professionalist.
It worked for few months but with certain disorders n finally despite of regular formatting it stopped working.w again looked forard for HCL for help n logged a complain

2)complain no.- 1900014757 dated 21/07/10 at 14:00

and repeated request to costumer care no response has been received yet n our desktop is still unserviced n in totally waste condition.
At this point I'll be better off with every penny I've paid them for my PC's and let them take the PC's in its original configuration.

I kindly request you to intervene and offer me some advice on this regard.
