I have purchased Internet 350 KeyBoard on 19.10.2007 having 3 years warranty from Siva Infotech, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh(India). I was told that Rassi, Savex and Ingram are the two distributors at Vijayawada and when I approached them, they say we are not dealing. Since 02 months i am roaming for service. My retailed says that the keyboard requires the cardboard cover which was given at the time of purchase, which is quiet illogic and want to avoid to replace.
