Dear sir
I have purchased my PC in the month of oct 2008 with a warranty period of 03 years.my model no is SG 3670IL with S/N INA9040M5X.yesterday i found that my DVD writer light scribe is not functioning.it is only opening and closing but not reading and moreover there is no indication of any icon in my computer regarding its presence.pl do advise me the next course of action.thanking you
