I have purchased netgear router WIFI (DG834GIN) on 8/5/2010 from Direct Advantage, 103 Vishal Bhawan, 95, Nehru Palace New Delhi-110019. On 30th July it start creating problem so i called to the netgear customer center to solve the problem they tell that my router is need to be replaced so i have to summit my router in there service center i ask them that how much time taken by your company to replace the product they said that if they have same model router available then they give me hand to hand so i summit my router in there service center on 2nd august the person who recived my router he said it will maximum take 10 days to replace i said ok . then on 11th and 12th i called there then they said that they don't yet recived the product. So i send a mail to them from my friend net at sales.india@netgear.com and tell my problem but no reply come then i call the service center to enquire about my router then they use to be said that "called next week u will surly get your router then i send again mail on 27 august about my problem then on 31 august mail is come said that the phone number which i mention is off so give me alternative phone number so i give my alternative number on same day
then on 3rd of September they call me and said that i will get my router back in i week but i don't recived so i mail them again on 8th September then on same day mail come to me of "Manab Mallick" i think so he is head in after sales department he said that sort it out the problem of Mr anchit to his head in Delhi ferha then a call come to me from service center that i can get a stand by product from them then i go there they gave me product but the problem is that i can only able to connect one computer to that router and that router is not having wifi facility but i thanks them for providing me stand by product and mail to Manab Mallick for that and ask how much time it will take then he said 13 days . After 13 days i mail to him then reply come that because of CWG there is delay in shipment u will get the product in next week. then i mail them on 3rd and 5th October but no reply come then on 9th October i mail them again the reply come from Manab Mallick that he is on leave so Ferha should look into this then mail of Ferha come that "We have your detaisl with us as soon as we will get the ship,ent we will let you know"
So tell me please what should i do more than 2 month has pass but i am not able to get my product back
so kindly tell me the way
