I had purchasd one hcl desk top pc on 14/10/200 frm Hcl Infosystem Ltd.G-5,Janak Palace,Janakpuri,N.Delhi-58 vide invoice no:1760 dt14/102009, .

My system became unserviceable due to the malfunctioning of Key-board,slow speed of system & LEDindicator not functioning on monitor and same reported to HCL CUSTOMER CARE vide ticket no:1900003732 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1900003732 end_of_the_skype_highlighting dt.02 Jul 10.

Company has not offerd their service to me on my repeated reminder on telephone tilldate.

The unserviceability of system lead me to the financial loss from share mkt and payment to MTNL against unused internet rental.Thesame effected my reputation at my work place as I had used to complete special task given to me from my system.This also lead to the downgradation my image among my friends as I had purchased HCLsystem against their advice to go locally assembled o ne and other companies.

I here request you to instruct company accordingly
