I have Reliance Broadband connection. My customer a/c no is 100115578872. When I applied the connection I was informed that installation is free of cost. I just wanted to say that when I applied the connection your executive Mr Sukhraj ( 93160-76179) told us that if you pay Rs 500- in advance then your installation will be free of cost and the advance amount will be adjusted in your bill. But still the same thing does not happened. Today I got my bill with the charges of Rs 182/- but there is no adjustment of Rs 500/- which i gave in advance.
I don't know what is going on. Why your executive gives the false commitment at every step. They said that installation is free of cost and the charges will be reverse back. i just wanna say that please adjust my Rs 500/- into the bills or disconnect my connection.
