I have taken a Reliance Netconnect+ post-paid connection( 9371861854) on 1st of Nov 2011 by paying 3 month advance rental payment (2535 Rs.). I am living in Ganga Constella, Near Eon It Park kharadi pune. Due to poor internet connection in this area I have not been able to get open page from Ganga Constella Kharadi, As per advertisement speeds should be of 3.1mbps, But in this area speed is very slow even not able to open a web page. I have called the customer care number multiple times and every time they have asked me to run speed test, change my location settings but nothing has helped .
I have paid 3 month advance rental payment (2535 Rs.). But still not getting internet speed, even its takes time to open a single page,
I believe I will have to approach consumer court and lodge a cheating case against this company.
