Subject: Complaint pending for TFT Monitor Since 4th January 2010
Sir,
I am writing you this letter in regard to a Samsung TFT Monitor model
No. is 740N having a Serial No.HA17HHBP314340Z; which I purchased 2.5
years back through a vendor namely Star Infotech 1393/94 Tri Nagar
Delhi 110035 vide Bill No.109 dated 08-05-2007.
I would like to bring in your kind notice that I have been facing some
display problems with the TFT monitor from last 3 months for which I
had lodged a complaint in your customer care centre on 04-01-2010 vide
Complaint no.8410786381 and I talked with your executive named Mr.
Bhanu on the very day.
In response to my compliant an engineer was sent to my place who
changed some part in the TFT, but the problem could not be rectified
and I again started facing the same problem in the TFT monitor.
Further I again complained to customer care and the TFT was taken
away by your engineers to the service center ie Sapphire Sales &
Services,9,Printing Press Area Wazirpur,New delhi-110035 vide their
work order sheet no.SS16B29AV dated 16-02-2010.
I was informed by the executives of the above named service centre
with an assurance that your TFT is repaired and we are delivering it
back to your place but when I checked the TFT at my place I found that
it was returned back without being repaired.i was informed by the
engineer (Mr. Kishan From Sapphire Sales & Services) who came to
deliver the TFT that the TFT has not been repaired successfully
because of the part required for TFT had not been provided to him by
the service centre. He was fully agreed with my complaint regarding
resolution problem in TFT. the engineer insisted to please accept the
TFT in the same condition which I did not. And I refused to return the
TFT to the engineer and asked him to repair TFT at my place only.
After that the engineer harassed me by calling the police at my place
on the instruction of the executive of Sapphire Sales & Services which
was totally irresponsible behavior with a customer who relied on the
service centre for a period 42 days but in vain
Further I like to add that the Area service head Mr Vijay (Delhi),
Mr.Virender (North Delhi) and mr. Aman agarwal (Sapphire Sales &
Services) promised me on 27.2.10 and again on 05.03.10 assured me
over telephonic conference to get TFT repaired by
10-03-2010 at my place only upto my satisfaction. But I most
regretfully submit that no response has been acknowledged from their
side till the time I am writing to you and informing you by sending
this mail.
I would again like to make an humble request that please either to get
my TFT monitor repaired Immediately or get it replaced earliest if the
repair is not possible by the company latest by 31st march 2010,
giving you ample time to act upon.
I shall be highly grateful with your kind gesture and expect that you
will do the needful on the priority basis without any further delay in
the matter.
I shall be waiting for your response and like to hear from you soon.
