hi, this is santosh kejriwal from dibrugarh assam, Ph 9435031810, i hv sold on lenovo desktop model: 5355AOQ serial no: L902885 and i am find a ram problem in the desktop, i am trying to register a complain from a month through mail but everytime they are asking different different thing to register complain( ie - invoice copy, some pop form to fill up, snap shop of serial no. of the machine) they didnt asked we everything in the single mail. the day i mail the invoice copy they asked for the pop form to fill up and when i fill the form . now they are asking for the snap shop of the serial no. and when i send the snap shot now they are saying that they will update the datebase in their site within 2 weeks, but till date their is no solution of the problem. it is already late and I am facing this problem from a month. and everytime u all are asking new thing to provide us. being a dealer i m find so difficult to register a complain then how could a customer will register a complain.
I am in this business since 2003, but I hv never find such type of service from any of the companies. even a delhiwala company is giving better service support. if we are going u give us such type of the service then it will be very difficult for us to sell levono product.
